The whole experience was great from start to finish, recommend. Appreciated the double room I was given, it had a mini fridge bar, climate control, and an iron. The location of the hotel was particularly good - a 10-15 minute walk from Svoboda. Btw, it was just 20 min walk to downtown...

stayed in wonderful deluxe queen room with a private balcony as well as balcony/terrace. the staff was very friendly and especially helpful with advice and suggestions.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Varna. the location was fantastic. It's tucked away on a quiet side street, but just a short walk from the main area with all the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect balance between being close to everything, but still providing a peaceful retreat. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and were always ready to offer recommendations or assistance. Lastly, the rooms were great value for money. Despite being a smaller hotel, they paid close attention to detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and even had a balcony, which was a lovely touch.
